- This contest will not use partial scoring.
- The pretest system will not be used for this contest.
- There is no submission limit for any of these problems.
The contest format is ICPC.
- The maximum score submission for each problem will be used.
- Each submission before the first maximum score submission will incur a penalty of 20 minutes.
- Ties will be broken by the sum of the last score altering submission time on problems with a non-zero score, followed by the time of the last score altering submission.
The scoreboard will be visible for the duration of the contest.

Internet use is forbidden. You may only use the provided documentation.
Only 1 account and computer may be submitting solutions at all times.
Only 1 computer per team may have a keyboard, other PCs must have their keyboards placed behind their monitor.
You may bring reference materials that contain up to 25 pages, A4 size (25 sheets if single-sided, 13 sheets if double-sided). This may be handwritten or printed.
Only C++, Python or Java language editor extensions may be used. Any other editor extensions are forbidden.
